Davis County Booking Records
Davis County inmate records are created during intake at the Davis County Correctional Facility. The county inmate information page says a booked person has an opportunity to contact one person of their choice, excluding victims. Davis County Visitation Records
Davis County uses NCIC for online visits, onsite video monitor visits, inmate phone accounts, and electronic messaging. All visits are by appointment and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. The county says each inmate is allowed two 25-minute visits per week. Visitors age 18 or older must have valid government identification. Davis County Mail and Funds
Mail rules are strict. Davis County requires inmate mail to be in postcard form and addressed with the inmate's first and last name plus booking number at P.O. Box 130, Farmington, UT 84025. Davis County Records Requests
When the roster is not enough, Davis County routes public-records requests through GRAMA and the NextRequest portal. The county public records page lists the records manager at GRAMA@DavisCountyUtah.gov and (801) 451-3277. Utah Code 63G-2-201 gives access to public records unless a law classifies the record as private, controlled, protected, or otherwise restricted. Utah Code 63G-2-204 explains that requests must go to the governmental entity that keeps the record and must describe the record well enough to identify it.

South Weber City, which contracts with DCSO, directs residents to search app stores for "DCSO" or "Davis County Sheriff Office." The research did not confirm an app-only inmate roster.
